SMOOTH/WALL PERMA-GUARD
Smooth wall duct for fiber cables
Perma-Guard Smoothwall is made in accordance with ASTM F2160 from high density polyethylene per ASTM D 3350. Ideally suited due to its excellent tensile strength for subdividing larger conduits by being pulled in as an innerduct, can be directionally bored, plowed and pull plowed.

WAVE and RIBBED CONDUIT
Conduit for telephone cables and fiber cables
Ribbed duct is today’s answer to fast, efficient cable placement in both existing underground systems and direct buried environments. Outside Ribbed is ideal when installing multiple sub-ducts into a larger main duct. Interlocking outer ribs reduce spiraling during duct installation which virtually eliminates unnecessary stress on the cable while being installed. Manufactured from tough High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Ribbed duct can withstand typical pulling loads and is highly resistant to crushing forces. The unique design allows for fast, easy installation of the duct while providing a lower coefficient of friction for fiber optic, power or copper cable placement, allowing extremely long cable pulls. The product is flexible and can be worked in tight areas.

HDPE Duct and Conduit
SILICORE® is co-extruded with our tough, durable High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) jacket. SILICORE® ducts provide complete cable protection before, during and after installation. The ultra slick permanent lining remains for future repairs, replacements or upgrades.

Minimize your aerial installation and maintenance costs with FlexCor. Strand-Guard Figure-8 is ideal for use in limited access areas such as water crossings, interstate highway crossings or in heavily wooded areas where additional cable protection is necessary. The conduit design permits easy, straight payoff for direct placement onto the pole line and allows greater flexibility for future access to the cable. Standard pole mounting hardware and ARNCO´s Split-Lock coupler are recommended for quick, airtight installation. No special expansion couplings are necessary, as the corrugated inner liner relieves the mechanical strain caused by extreme temperature changes.
